Standard orders are typically processed within 1 working day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Once the items are ready, they are shipped using the agreed shipping method.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping times will be stated on the chosen shipping method.
Note that items may arrive in Amazon packaging. In some countries, we leverage Amazon's massive shipping network to ensure excellent customer service is provided. Although the item may arrive in Amazon packing, it is a Gawharet El Fan product and hence, any issues or queries regarding the product should be directed to Gawharet El Fan, not Amazon. Orders placed in the UK will pay all relevant taxes at checkout. No international taxes will be due on delivery.
Orders placed outside the UK will not pay any taxes at checkout. Any international taxes due on delivery will be the responsibility of the customer and not Gawharet El Fan.
Any customised orders will take longer to fulfil. This will be made clear at the point of order when requesting a customised item.
If you receive your item damaged, please contact us immediately with a picture of the item and a brief description of the damaged areas. You must report this to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please wait 7 working days from your order being placed before contacting us regarding late delivery. If 7 working days have passed, please let us know via our Contact Us page that the order is late, and we will make every effort to ensure that the matter is resolved.
