1. Contact us with your requirements

To get an idea of what you want, take a look around on our website, browse our main collections, check out our customisations pages, or come up with a design of your own. Then get in touch with us via sales@gawharetelfan.com to arrange a callback. 

 

2. We agree order volumes, designs and timescales 

Once we receive your request, one of our expert wholesale team will be in touch to discuss to confirm what designs you have selected, how long it will take our team to make your order, and other logistical points.

 

3. The instruments are crafted by our master craftsmen

After all of the little details have been agreed, we will arrange for our master craftsmen around the world to start working on your order. Each instrument is hand-crafted, so this process will take a few weeks!

 

4. Your instruments are delivered to you, wherever you are

Once our craftsmen are finished, each instrument will be double checked by our Quality Control team, then packaged securely and sent by air freight to your local airport, where you can either collect the items yourself, or we can arrange for them to be forwarded to an address of your choice.
